Video Production Specialist
Duration - 6 Months, Contract, W-2
Location - Draper, UT
Pay - $40.71 an hr
Summary:
* Create visual deliverables (e.g., video, film) for adult learning of proper techniques and motions required for correct product assembly.
* Create script (20%), set up (10%), shoot (10%), apply voiceover (10%), and edit (10%) instructional full-length videos and clips aimed to facilitate adult learning of a difficult technical assembly process.
* Present visual representation (e.g., video, film), revise, and align with key stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and process improvement.
* Design and select best fit filming assets for instructional design documents in partnership with Technical Writers and assembly experts
* Collaborate with vendors to select the latest innovative tools (e.g., hardware, lighting, software)
* Develop internal image and video databases, metadata, and naming conventions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of experience required of previous experience in cinematography, filmmaking, photography, and/or videography
* Experience in producing "how to" videos to demonstrate a procedure or instructions
* Proven expertise with MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Proven expertise with video and photo editing skills using latest software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
* Participate in ongoing education to learn new products for implementing new design techniques and trends.
* Ability to effectively multitask, juggling various projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects
* Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations
